daily dessert

I often stop at the Starbucks on 27th & 6th on my way to our pre-show Harvard Sailing Team rehearsal on Saturday nights, but yesterday I decided to try a new place across the street. I *think* it’s called Roasted Bean Coffee and I figured they might have some intriguing cookie for me to sample.

Turns out this was a very good decision because not only did they make me a really good iced coffee, their back wall was lined with about ten different flavors of frozen yogurt – everything from cookies and cream to green tea. And it was self serve. And I was quite pleased.

So I served myself some fro yo – cookies and cream swirled with very raspberry. And then I served myself some toppings, in abundance. I love the new fad of topping one’s yogurt with all varieties of fresh fruits and cereals and sprinkles, but I always wanna jump behind the fro yo shop’s counter and apply them myself.

I happily loaded my cup up with blueberries, strawberries and heaps and heaps of oreo cookie crumbs. It was really yummy and I cannot wait to go back to this place to try other flavors and (lots of) toppings.
