Today, Sunday, was a wonderful day in my world. Kevin and I slept in after being out until all hours on Saturday night for a great party at Simple Studios. Then we scraped our big plans to clean the apartment and took advantage of the stunning weather by heading out to visit another neighborhood. We went down to DUMBO, and after finding ourselves at the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, we spent the afternoon walking around the Sunday Brooklyn Flea, exploring the neighborhood and ultimately sharing a big, delicious, fresh pizza. It was a perfect day.

And this ice cream – mine was coffee flavor and Kev got a double scoop of butter pecan and vanilla with chocolate chunks – was one of the highlights of the day. It was creamy, all-natural, and filling.
